TEK Strata Academy works with universities and colleges to bring industry practice into how students are trained and evaluated. We design and run programmes with institutions rather than selling a course to individual learners.
Our starting point is the Industry Readiness Program, currently running as a pilot: a structured evaluation layer that sits alongside a student's existing curriculum, built and assessed by practitioners rather than only classroom staff.

A structured industry-readiness layer that runs alongside a student's curriculum: a four-week evolving build, evaluated by a practitioner panel that tests whether a student can explain, defend, and adapt their own work.
